Short Term Rentals

Inspection

Upon entering the property, our staff will do a thorough inspection of the property after each guest stay. During the inspection our staff look for damages and missing items of any kind. If there are any concerns the staff will notify the property owner immediately.  (Pictures will be taken if needed).

Laundry

There are two wash loads per cleaning for whites, colored linens and towels. (recommend all white linens and towels)

(washer and dryer need to be on the property for services).

Linen Change

All bed linens change after each guest.

Bath Towels Restock

Restock clean towels for the next guest.

Dust

All furniture, hard surfaces, blinds, ceiling fans and base boards will be dusted as needed.

Vacuum

Carpet in all living areas of the property will be thoroughly vacuum. 

Organize

Staff will re-organize by putting items or things back in it's original place

Sweep

All floors will be swept thoroughly.

Mop

All floors will be mop clean with a eco-friendly solution product.

Trash Removal

All trash and debri will be remove to a outside garbage can or container upon leaving the property.
